Patented fixing system allows easy installation and replacement of tiles from any point in the façade

The unique connectors for attaching Elementix tiles to the support system are designed with no mechanical fastenings and are simply push fit on to the horizontal support rail and click into position.

The tiles are then installed by pushing upwards into the upper connectors and swinging the tile down to self-attach to the lower connectors using an action similar to closing a door.

High strength natural clay tiles ensure a robust cladding with long term durability and low maintenance

The Elementix clay tile and aluminium bracket cladding system was tested by Ceram Building Technology to establish the structural performance under positive and negative wind loading, impact loading and the suitability of the performance of the system under accelerated weathering, durability and rain penetration. In summary, all of the loading tests have demonstrated performance well above the requirements of the CWCT Standard, the individual tiles are of a high quality, the system is unaffected by accelerated weathering tests and the cavity has the ability to drain satisfactorily under extreme conditions.
